Welcome to the NC Peace Booth at the NC State Fair! Our theme for 2025 is “Peace Begins With Me”. Visit us this year as we mark The Peace Booth’s 75th year!
The orientation and training sessions for all coordinators and volunteers will be Sunday October 12 at 3:00-4:30pm or Tuesday October 14 at 7:00pm – 8:30pm at Community United Church of Christ (CUCC) Raleigh (map), 814 Dixie Trail, Raleigh. Group Coordinators and Volunteers should attend the Orientation either Sunday or Tuesday, but not both. We will meet in the large community hall (Fellowship Hall).
Note: Unlike previous years, we will not have Orientation on Monday evening. We have instead added a Sunday afternoon orientation session. We still have one orientation on Tuesday evening.
We are low on volunteers this year. If you are able and willing to staff The Peace Booth for one or more shifts, please fill out this form. We will send you a ticket to get into the fair on the day(s) we schedule you.
