The Peace Booth at the North Carolina State Fair has been a consistent voice of Peace, speaking to thousands of fair goers every fall. The Peace Booth organization was founded by Quakers in 1951. Our membership has grown to include a diverse set of individuals and organizations interested in spreading the word of Peace. The Peace Booth is supported annually by scores of volunteers and donations from individuals, churches, and peace organizations.
