Please incorporate a “Peace Pole” and Peace Garden into the design of Dorothea Dix Park

We, the undersigned petition the City of Raleigh to consider incorporating into the design of Dorothea Dix Park a location for a “Peace Pole” within a Peace Garden designed to symbolize the community’s commitment to the concept embodied within the saying inscribed in numerous international languages on Peace Poles around the world:

“May Peace Prevail on Earth”
