S. military industrial complex represents the greatest threat to human survival<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Whereas<\/strong>:&nbsp;The 2015 Paris Agreement left cutting military greenhouse gas emissions to the discretion of individual nations, yet the U. S. increased its war expenditures to record highs far outpacing the other nations of the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Therefore<\/strong>: We the undersigned call on the U. S. Congress to no longer exempt\u00a0military greenhouse gas emissions from climate negotiations, and to immediately engage in the de-escalation of U.
